The Nassau County Economic Development Board is a non-partisan and nonsectarian organization. A public-private partnership, the Board of Directors is represented by the following organizations: Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach, Yulee Chamber of Commerce; Greater Nassau County Chamber of Commerce; Nassau County Board of County Commissioners; Nassau County School System; Ocean, Highway and Port Authority; The Town of Callahan; The City of Fernandina Beach and The Town of Hilliard. Several at-large positions are filled by various business and community leaders as detailed below. Each board member serves a volunteer term of one to three years depending on the nomination and position.
