Nassau County Economic Development Board
Noelle Perry joined the Nassau County Economic Development Board on December 1, 2008. She brings high levels of administrative and financial skills to her job as Assistant to the Executive Director.
Noelle was born and raised in the small town of Pittsfield, in the Berkshire Hills of western Massachusetts. After graduation from high school, she enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and served as a test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment technician on active duty with the Marines from 1999 to 2003. Upon separation from active duty, she served an additional four years in the Marine Corps Ready Reserves, and enrolled at Craven Community College in New Bern, North Carolina where she earned an AAS in Accounting in 2007. During her time at Craven Community College, Noelle was president of the Accounting Club, graduated from the North Carolina Student Leadership Institute, served as an ex-officio member of the Craven Community College Board of Trustees, and served as President of the college’s Student Government Association. She was also an accounting tutor and computer lab assistant in the computer and math laboratory. After graduation, Noelle was employed as a bookkeeper for the law firm of Stubbs & Perdue, P.A. in New Bern from 2007 to 2008.
She and her husband, Matt, relocated in the summer of 2008 from New Bern to Fernandina Beach, where Matt was born and raised. Noelle enjoys the beach, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
