Traditionally it has been South Florida that got the major attention but in recent decades, the world has come to focus more and more on Northeast Florida, hence a large number of international companies have been opening headquarters, service operations or manufacturing facilities at a serviceable distance to  Jacksonville’s Seaport.

In this section we will give a continuous update of what is under development in this area.
